How do I delete my HacoSocial account?
Open the HacoSocial mobile app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Once you confirm, your account, posts, comments and saved items are permanently removed. You can also start the process from our data deletion page.
How do I report content or another user?
On any post, tap the ••• menu and choose Report post. To block another user, open their profile, tap ••• and choose Block user. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours and removes content that violates our community guidelines.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We will send you a reset link. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
What data does HacoSocial collect?
We collect the data you provide directly (name, email, posts, photos) and basic diagnostic data to keep the app stable. We do not track you across other apps and we never sell your data. Read the full Privacy Policy.
